I feel that if you change plug wires, inspect the plugs for damage (and most likely change them), and make sure that the opti is in good working order, you will be trouble free. Fuel problems are less common as most people tend to believe.

 

ya but now today it seems to be working grate idk it is a little cooler outside it has been realy hott this last month realy. idk if that would have any thing to do with it.

 

well i brought it in and he said he checked every thing he traced all my wires and there where no shorts. so he said that i need a new pcm that is the computer right. has any one ever had this problem i havent ever herd of a computer going bad but it must happin.

 

Is yourSES light on or did you just check the code without the light on?

 

well the light flashes 12 over and over. a scanner wont pick up and thing. i talk to the guy that is working on my car and he said that it will be verry hard to get one there is like 3 of them in like the usa. idk and i guess those ones are rebuilt.
