Chips are a no go. And if you want power you can notice an intake is a good start... but to go fast you need to spend some cash.

CAI, cat back, 4.11:1 rear end gears. Changing gears will make a difference you can really feel, but it will cost you in gas. Bigger throttle body won't do much unless you are going for internal mods, and IMO chips are a waste of money. Get a dyno tune instead of a chip.

headers, high flow cats. dyno tune. Depends on how much you want to spend.

Go check out the "Where to start modding" thread in the 4th Gen section, it has the "normal" order of common bolt-on modifications. Once you get a CAI and full header back exhaust you get into big-boy territory with internal mods if you're looking to generate more HP. Gears and a higher stall (if you're running an auto) don't get you any actual HP, but they will help improve a 1/4 mile time if configured correctly.

Power is all about money, how fast can you afford to go?
