Default What is it??

so i was wondering what is this green plug? the other day it broke but i got it to go back on and i think it has something to do with my tranny not wanting to shift in drive unless you get going fast. car is a 93z28

i think its the MAP sensor

That is your MAP sensor and it has nothing to do with your transmission shifting.

Did you check the tranny fluid? You just bought this car, is that correct?

Yes it was low so I filled it. And yeah I've had the car for a few weeks.

Did adding the transmission fluid correct the shifting problem? Did you see any signs of leakage? Normally the 4L60 won't leak a drop so a sign of a leak is something that needs to be addressed.

have you adjusted the tv cable? make sure its not broken or unhooked.

I haven't touched a thing on it. Car just sits and will probably just sell

Other than the shifting problem (is it fixed now?) and your cooling issue, what else are you having trouble with?
