this is the ad any suggestion would be great.

355 LT1 121xxx miles moroso cold air bbk 52 mm throttle body lt4 knock module center force dual friction clutch 6 speed chrome Hurst short throw shifter Richmond 373 gears brand new in the box 255 lph fuel pump crane cams ignition box . Have swirl polished valves brand new and new heavy duty springs . To much to list . Not getting any spark to plugs have to sale laid off and need the money for school tuition 3000 or best offer.
My first thought is it's wired wrong and that's why he's not getting spark, but there are other possibilities. I'd offer $2500-2800 and pick that up. I wish I could find them cheap like that where I live.

Hard to say from the pics. If the rest of the car is in really, really good nick, then it might be worth about $2000, tops. Non-running cars are a complete gamble as to what will need to be done to get them back on the road. Never, ever trust the seller in a non-running situation.

There are so many things that could be wrong with it to not get spark. Even the easy things can cost you some bucks and broken knuckles to get straight. If anyone has been hacking on the wiring harness, then you could potentially be buying into a migraine of biblical proportions.

I might consider offering about $1500 and letting them get me up to $2000, but again that is only if the rest of the car is in really good condition.

I used to feel this way, but after all I've read about our week 10-bolt 7.5" rear ends, I'm glad I have an auto. Plus the moderate stall converter I have has made it reallllly fun.
