Trouble with clutch master cylinder

I got it in and have bled (or tried bleed) the clutch, but it is kinda loose for about half of the pedal throw, then is real stiff and makes a loud squeek on the bottom end. My dad says it will work itself out once I drive it. Does that sound right?

pump that sucker about a thousand times. lol maybe a hundred will do it.

yah if you get air in there you can get it out by pumping it.

And i dont need to engage any kind of bleeder screw or something?

nope. just pump the clutch, well you could turn the tunes on. lol.
.

I had to pull the slave cylinder and I think I got air back in the line and forgot to bleed it again.
