Wait, are you asking when it would be good to rebuild an LT1 or the transmission out of a 1993-1997 Camaro?

I believe the OP is inquiring about millage, or the tax rate on property charged per thousand?

I'm confused too because the thread says transmission and the question is about millage.

when it breaks? or is it already? so is this a trick question? as long as the fluid is changed as recomended trany can outlast the motor, heck two motors. if its abused then only the big guy knows.
