anyone here can tell me what do i need to get to convert my auto 93 Z28 to stickshift??? i know i need a T56, shifter, clutch, n pedal, but what else do i need?? can anyone be kind enough to plz tell me what else???

You will need a bell housing,flywheel, pilot bearing, a crankshaft wit a pilot bearing hole if yours does not have one, clutch disk, pressure plate, release bearing, fork, fork ball, fork booth, slave cylinder, master cylinder, hose between the two, pedal bracket, clutch pedal, linkage between clutch pedal & master cylinder, transmission, shift lever, transmission mount, brake fluid, assorted nuts & bolts, and a lot of time and patience. Probably missed a few parts, but that is all I can recall at this time.

ok.. thats helpful.... any idea how much would i be lookn to spend?? cuz i can get the tranny for about 600 or 700 n the clutch n flywheel for like 300 or 400....

haha, just an opinion, but don't torture yourself with a tranny swap. Instead, get a shift kit(or the PCM reprogrammed) for faster shifts, a high RPM stall and some 3.73 gears in the rear end and show those manuals who's boss!

well thats a good idea but then... i like driving stickshift... its not that i'm into who shifts better, but also that stick is louder n its just badass when u downshift dude... i know u can downshift with auto too but its just not the same.....

Then go for the swap, just be prepared to have your car out of comission for a while.
