just curious never got there in mine but what are some top speeds you guys have reached? i have seen 150 in my 6 speed easy. what is the rated top speed of the 6 speed any how?

 

in my '94Z A4 ive gotten to 125 before i chicken out and slow down

 

got up to 135 before i had to slow down due to upcoming turn, lol

 

I didnt think anyone was going to respond to this lol.I ran mine to the 150 mark just cuz I had to.At least once.Still had plenty of throttle and was sooo smooth.Was on open freeway,mid-afternoon on a sunny Florida day.Had four cars following.Hit 100 and one backed off.Went up in 10 mph increments.120 2 more backed off.Think they ran out of fuel(cutoff).!30 and only one with me was a(ironically)vw jetta.Had 5 miles to go to exit so ran it up to 150 then had to back off.2 weeks internals from catalytic converter started coming out exhaust.Another 2 weeks and was having opti issues.Surprising how fast 5 miles go by at that speed.And NO,wasnt drinking.Till I got where I was going.

 

Dang you should have bought a v6 if your to scared to go to 125 ik it illegal but if your plaing on going fast why not go till shes goes no more?hell the lil 3.4 cut off at 117mph and i was disapointed its was only in 4th at like 3500.

If you look on Youtube you can see guys with camaros (not sure if it's LS1 or LT1), and they max out.. hit 160 mph on then they just keep speeding up but the speedo can't track it

 

hell 120 in the lil ef hatch with bad rings lol.

 

I hit a top speed of 150mph then the speed limiter hit and cut out the engine for a few seconds gets a lil shaky then a week later got pulled over at 130 mph and had to take a dam Star class to keep points on My license this pic is just at 100 mph My Car has an LT1 and a Auto 4L80E modified for racing
