Default Ticking Sound and hesitating/stumbling

My camaro sat for 6 days covered in snow during the blizzard in Denver last week. When I drove it for the first time, I noticed that it was running rough and hesitating/stumbling at all rpms. I've been told I might have water in fuel system or clogged injectors. Now I hear a tick coming from the engine (I can't locate it, but I think it coming from the upper part of the engine and I canhear it while I'm driving). The ticking is really the thing making me nervous.

Any thoughts? Thanks!

Water in your oil maybe, happened to my bro-in-laws 92 RS, he ended up letting the oil drain all night and then refilling the next day, also ended up having to get new gaskets, got rid of the tick.

Common problem. Snow got blown in the engine compartment during the blizzard. When engine was started the snow melted and got the ignition wires wet. The ticking is caused bythe sparks jumping out of the wires. This causes misfires and makes the engine run bad. Try to spray the plug wires with stuff made for that purpose. If it does not help, change the wires and plugs as the plugs with the bad wires are most likely fouled. The Optispark may have gotten wet also, and if that happens it craps out. Clean snow out of engine compartment after blizzard before starting engine. LOL
