Default Strongest 4sp auto possible.

I was wondering if there is a 4sp trans out there that can withstand a crazy amount of power. I know the PATC level 4 700R4 is the strongest at 700hp/700ft.lb. that will bolt up to an LT1. Are there any other trans or rebuild kits that can withstand more? I know you think I'm crazy, but I am planning on doing the most radical, insane build possible with an LT1 so I want to be prepared and ready for it.

The 4L80E is pretty stout and can be installed into 4th gen Camaros.

lol Well that is what I hope to do, guide people for their dream machines! I'm ready to start, I'm going to start a build thread, but I'm just trying to get everything checked off and in order for when I start. And thanks, I'll check that link out.

Hmm how about this? I've heard of Monster many times so they seem like a reputable, reliable company.

I've also heard good things about them. They seem to have an awesome rep. the price is pretty unbeatable i would think too. Just curious, what rear end is going in the car?

Either a Moser 9" or Dana 60. It's still a toss up. I'm also either going to run 3.42s or 3.73s. The reason so low is because I'm crazy enough to have a radical built maro that can be driven on the street (: yeah, I'm nuts!

Race transmissions with the billet shafts can run up to the $ 4500 range.
