Default Rocker noise?

Im getting was seems to be a lot of rocker noise. I have 1.6 rockers and when i had the motor built he said they may be a little big for my valve covers. think that is what the problem is? if so what kinda problem will this cause and where could i get some good valve covers.

you can see if there hitting by taking off the covers and seeing if there are wear marks, and problems would probly be a little less hp cause there not opening all the way if they are hitting should just be 4 bolts on top

ok scratch that. i looked down at my headers and smelt exhaust. I put my hand down there and could feel the exhaust shooting out. the gasket busted. I can see it. im gonna try to fix this asap. is this detrimental to the car. I just had the motor built not even 800 miles ago. it sounds like a knock though. do bad exhaust leaks sound like a know?

Percy's Seal-4-Good header gaskets, I swear by them. Others, I swear at!
