Default removing shift kit

hey everyone i have a shift kit on my z and i want it off!
i need to sell my car and the shift kit seems to make everyone think that my tranny is messed up cause it shifts so hard. when you drive easy you get like a tiny wiplash in a way (you feel a tug)and accerating quickly itslams hard and it makes loud noise( think its the console making the noise but still)
this does sound like a shift kit right?!?!?!
anyways how do i take it off? i dont even no where it is? is it programmed meybe?!

First you should check for bad transmission & torque arm mounts. Then you ned to undo whatever you did to put the kit in, each brand is a little different.

most trany kits ive done u need to drill the plate in the valvebody so u may need to find one at a local dealer might have one that u can order or check with a trans shop but it may be better to take some money off the selling price than that or u cold have the buyer get in the carand explain that when hold ur foot on the brake with it in gear andin u can get the car to move or turn the tires with no trans noise like popin or grinden and no big fluctuation in rpm then theres nothing wrong with the tranny thats how a dealership will test a trans and the same way at the speedshop u might try that or have them take it to ashop they will do the same thing i just said

not move the wheel , come to a complete stop , put the car in drive , hold the brake and snap the accelerator open, and close , real quick. if you heard a loud bang from the console area, the trans mount is broke. it's a common problem with stock sty;e mounts because of the torque arm.
