depends on a lot...i'm guessing you're a 6 speed since you have the "clutch" thread...what are your goals? what is the car used for?

track car go with 4:10s

ya i got a 95 Z and i just finished puttin 3.73's in it with the auburn pro series carrier, its AT tho... kinda sucks but in my opinion 4.10's is pretty much drag gears, so if you're makin it a weekend car for track, go there, but street driver definitely 3.73's. all this is my opinion so just ask around.

I think I bought my z with 3.73s and Its plenty torquey and still works very well on the highway.

I had 4.10s in my old 6 speed. It was very much streetable even with the built motor and what nots... I had 3.73s in the auto (did not want 10 mpg) It was fun too.... Also, try and get stock GM 4.10 if you go that route. My 4.10s shattered then the guy I sold my car too put in a GM stock 4.10 from some other vehicle and the rear end is still in tact with over 50 strip passes
