ok i have a problem with my 93. i brought it into a grodge and the say it is my ecm and i agree with them. it did run up intell today and it just died i think the ecm just went out and stoped working. i was going about 60 and i looked down becouse i wasent accelerating and my speedo was at zero. so i think it is the computer, the ecm will not give out any coads i tryed about 4 different coad readers and nothing. now if you could think if any thing else it could be that would be grate. i have had recent missfires. so just to let any one that has a 93 z28 and this happins to you good luck findiing a ecm there is one in the usa right now and it is going to be at my house in 5 days i got it out of texas. now this is my question????

what would couse a ecm to break down???

i think when i get a new ecm it isnt going to fix my problem it should just tell me what is wrong with it?

i will never buy a LT1 ever agen i am for shere getting a LS1.

If moisture got into it, then that would cause corrision.

 

is that it becouse i think that it just froze when it got a code. i coulded pull any codes and just one day it stoped running and i should be getting the only ecm in the country that i could find and if you think i am kidding try and look for a ecm for a 93 camaro 5.7 it is dam neer impossable.
