from what i've heard, true "performance" chips have to be programmed relative to the mods on your car (i.e. cam, heads, headers, ignition, injection, induction, etc) Everything else is mostly a waste of money, even Hypertech... I think most people go to madz28.com and get their pcm done for a little over $100... You can givethis cheap chip (ha)a shot and report back here, you should be able to "feel" the promissed 30 hp gain without a dyno... but i bet it wont give you nothing but problems....

the good computer chips i have seen are programmed specifically for your car like ilya said, depending on what mods you have, i would waste my money on anything like that especially off ebay

I tossed one in my gas tank and it didnt do a thing. I told pay pal and they are workin on a refund. Please don't go to ebay to find some underground go fast parts, you'll get riped off.

They program plug-ins to trick the ecu. like the air tempsensor. If you have moved it your self and buy a plug in you could lean out the engineto much.
