Default Possible Performance upgrades

I have a 93 z28 Lt1 350/5.7automatic trannyand I would like to really tear some corvettes up on the street no budget but I would like to hear the cheaper suggestions as well as the more pricier ones main concerns are

headers
Fuel/air intake
cam
pistonand overhaul
performance chip
and any other suggestions you may have
also im thinking about converting from auto to stick only if it needs to be done
Thanks in advance

You can give this a try:
Lloyd Elliot's LT1-LE2 heads with their custom ground cam, LT headers, "real" cold air intake, this ombo will give 400-420 RWHP. Also need 3.75 or 4.11 rear end gears, 12 bolt rear is desirable, 3500 RPM stall converter, custom programmed MEMCAL chip, slicks.

an SLP lid is prolly the cheapest thing you can do for a little hp and i wouldnt change to a stick because the autos are better cuz first gear is a piece of crap
