I checked the fuel pressure several times over the past few weeks and it's gradually going down (from about 42-44 down to 39-40), which is why I suspect it's failing. When we saw the auto transmissions codes the first thing that came to mind is that someone swapped out the PCM and sure enough it says REMFG on the sticker. The number is 078051F009189022. There is also a module plugged into the opening on the PCU the numbers on that are 16177700 and 1053280 I hope that helps narrow things down a bit.

ok the 94 has to be burned for the car, should be a 16188051. you may have a burn gone bad. the 16177700 is the knock module.

I found a website LT1 PCM Tuning - OBDI/OBDII PCM Tuning/Programming Service that reprograms PCMs and contacted them about a week ago. They said they could reprogram the unit as long as it wasn't from an iron-head engine. I them the numbers just waiting to hear back. Is there someone else you would recommend?

that is solomon, very good at tuning the lt1, use him.

I had the PCM reprogrammed and installed a new fuel pump. The car starts and idles fine, but there is still no throttle response... back to square one.

would be a good idea to see what the injectors are being told to do. noid light may tell you if they are firing all the time. what is the fuel pressure doing when you throttle up? test throttle position sensor. test maf, may be a good time to have the injectors cleaned and flow tested at a injector shop. pull a couple spark plugs and see if they are fouled (all black) and do the same to the 02 sensors. 02 sensor can be cleaned with hot flame, i use acetylene torch, dont want to heat the end to slow or it will heat the whole thing and burn the wires.

I don't have a noid light, but we had a scan tool on the car a few weeks back and noted that the injectors were staying open for an unusually long time.

I can't seem to catch a break, not sure if my fuel pressure gauge decided to die or if I'm not getting any pressure. The car starts and idles so I'm leaning toward the gauge no longer works. I tested the TPS and I'm seeing the proper voltage changes, but still no throttle response. MAF tested OK, I did take it out and cleaned it up following instructions from Solomon. I haven't pulled the injectors yet, but I did pull a couple of plugs and yes they are fouled. Same with the O2 sensors, but I guess I would expect that since it's dumping gas (we noted when we had a scan tool on the car a few weeks ago that the injectors were staying open longer that normal. Solomon suggested an exhaust leak could be causing the problem...

pick up some good plugs and clean the 02 sensors or pick up some new ones. if the fuel flow is low it would idle but not throttle up. have you looked at the fuel filter.
