Oil coolers?

Default Oil coolers?
Do all Z28s have oil coolers or were they an option?
Are any of them like the Caprice LT1 (9C1) police package with the air to engine oil cooler?

they had them stock but theres a few out there without em now. it helps the oil temp stay in a happy place.
