Did you have it bored and honed at the machine shop? Or are you just replacing the bearings and calling it good?

 

Well i wife had a baby so the camaro took a long break. But i found lots of things wrong. The number 3 piston was all black and also the oil drive powered from cam shaft all the teeth were shredded off so thats why no oil. Also it was just plane out shot. So i had my engine builder look at it and he said it was stock bore. So my craigslist camaro was all stock besides some bolt ons and long tube headers and now motor was shot. So i got bout 1800 $ in it now with it bored out and stroked . New crank new rods and cam pistons etc. So it took a full rebuild hopefully ill have it on the road before snow flys!
