Default New guy with a question....

Hey everyone, i am wondering if buying an aftermarket Granatelli Mass Air Flow Sensor is actually worth the moeny along with a JET Performance Chip? Does it make a noticable difference or would you recommend on putting the money somewhere else for now?

Thanks

Unless you are planning to do some internal engine mods, the stock MAF sensor is more than adequate. Use your money to buy a cold air intake kit and you will get better results. Also, 94 & later Z28s do not take performance chips, the computer wil have to be reprogrammed. You can send your PCM to a tuner like PCM For Less, tell them about your car, and they will reprogram your computer and send it back to you. Between the CAI and the PCM tune, you should pick up around 30HP.
