hey everyone how are you, i will be installing a new clutch on my buddies 96ss camaro im looking for a detailed description and pics if anyone has them and torque specs, i need to talk to him more and see what he has ordered and hope its a whole kit not just the clutch!!! any help would be great and oh yea about how many hours am i looking at to do this in the driveway!, and any special tools you guys recommend i know i sound like a newbie but ive been a mechanic for a while but have never done a clutch on this kind of car thanks guys tim

honestly though I know you're a mechanic, but the minute you asked for pics and write ups, if I was your buddy I would have said "forget it" don't get near my baby![8D] There is too much power going through the components you are working on, if you make a mistake it can be costly if you buddy has a lead foot!
