Hey guys!!!!!! Well heres what i want to do! i want to rebuilt my engine i have a 1997 Chevy Camaro Z28 5.7L. Also the car has stock headers that i want to change! got any ideas for the headers? Also i want to change the exaust which has a better sound or quailty magnaflow, flowmasters and more? which one? also i had a heating problem before all this and i was wondering should i replace the radiator? I was wondering if a short ram air intake system is better than the cold air intake? anything else you guys think i should do to the car? plus later on it will be a transmission rebuilt with the clutch replacement!! theres going to be a lot of playing around with the car!! i really cant wait!! well wish me luck you guys and thank you to all who will reply!!! i really appriciate it!!

Man this post makes you sound excited!!!

Let's break this down a little. First off, you're going to want a cold air intake. I don't even know where a short ram would fit on our cars...
Exhaust: You're going to get about the same power gain from any aftermarket exhaust system, give or take a few depending on brand. All in all your catback comes down to what YOU like. Go to youtube, check out audio clips. Find what you like the looks and sound of and purchase it.
Headers: You're going to want to do these after you have your intake and cat-back exhaust. If you don't live in California it's recommended you get long tube headers. From there, it really depends on your budget. If you want the best headers for your car go for Kooks. Next step down is Dynatech, then Pacesetter, then random crappy ebay brands. You'll either want a full stainless construction or ceramic coated header so they don't rust through.
