Default Need help with sub frame.

ok i recently feel asleep and ran off the road, i bent my lower a arm, the knuckle the the sway bar mount, i got the sway bar back to normal and need help with the sub frame. Right where the left part of the a arm goes in the sub frame is bent back about two to three inches, i am short on cash and would love for someone to help me to figure out if i could possibly bend it back to normal. if anyone can help i would love it..... thanks and i hope to see if anyone can help!

the a arm is bent or the frame is bent? if the frame/unibody is bent it will take a frame machine to fix right.

It will be safer if you just replaced it, as there may be more damage than is visible to the naked eye.

so long as its from a z28 93 to 97 (i think) it would be cheaper and safer to change like pete is saying. you will have to jack stand the front body up, then hook on to the the motor with a cherry picker to hold it up, then unbolt the k member from the motor and the body and drop it. unhooking brake lines and such that you wish to keep. thats a simplified explanation. lol.

THere is a chance the body or body mount areas are "tweaked". If it is tweaked your going to have problems getting the replacement Kmember to fit. If it will install the next step is alignment. If it can be aligned its all good to go. If the alignment guy says he can not get it back to spec its off to the frame machine.
