Right where the left part of the a arm goes in the sub frame is bent back about two to three inches, i am short on cash and would love for someone to help me to figure out if i could possibly bend it back to normal. if anyone can help i would love it..... thanks and i hope to see if anyone can help!

so long as its from a z28 93 to 97 (i think) it would be cheaper and safer to change like pete is saying. you will have to jack stand the front body up, then hook on to the the motor with a cherry picker to hold it up, then unbolt the k member from the motor and the body and drop it. unhooking brake lines and such that you wish to keep. thats a simplified explanation. lol.

THere is a chance the body or body mount areas are "tweaked". If it is tweaked your going to have problems getting the replacement Kmember to fit. If it will install the next step is alignment. If it can be aligned its all good to go. If the alignment guy says he can not get it back to spec its off to the frame machine.
