Ok, replaced my iac and fuel filter so I'll see if that fixes the problem. I'm thinking I may have a crappy "racing" electric fuel. when I roll both windows up at the same time, I can hear the pump get quieter like its losing power. So maybe that's it.

Going to check fuel pressure later. Changed my fuel pressure regulator, fuel filter, iac. Still doing it! I have the crankshaft sensor code on, and a twc low efficiency bank 1 p0420b code. Could a 02 sensor be the issue?

The codes you are getting could very well be the cause of your problems. Low efficiency means the cat is bad, and it could be causing excessive back pressure. The EGR code, depending on the DTC, could also cause the engine to die, especially if the EGR is stuck open.
