Default Need help...

Hey guys well I got a new optispark and MSD coil for my 94 z28 it took me a while but I finally put everything back in but when I start the car it turns on fine but has a sputters idle and when I try to give a lil gas it wants to shut of...I really need some help so any suggestions will help...oh I also put new spark plug wires and spark plugs I gapped them at .050 thanx guys....

are you sure the plug wires are where there supposed to be

Yea I made sure to mark all of them before putting them on its wierd jus it turns on kinda wired and I can floor the gas and it won't rev up it just wants to shut off...

triple check the wires and also make sure all your vac lines are hooked up

if you are absolutely, beyond a shadow of a doubt positive that

all of the plug wires are good
none of them are out of order and are on secure
none of the spark plugs has a cracked insulator



then.............

remove optispark and re install correctly because the timing is off
