Need some suggestions on what this problem may be. So here it goes. Ok a couple of months ago my car just wouldnt start. It was a cold morning, i cranked and cranked and nothing. It would act like it was going to start and nothing. So a couple of days i ago i finally got around to changing the spark plugs since i thought that was the problem. After changing them the car started but still didnt idle right. Today i tried to start it and nothing. It did the same thing as it did before. I crank and nothing, but now there is some sort of "air" noise coming from the drivers side. Im going to replace the plug wires saturday but any suggestions on what it may be? Any suggestions would be helpful.

 

have you checked the coil wire the lt1 cars are very hard these, also make sure when it won't start that the coil is firing ,if it is ok check the injectors to see if they are firing you can do this with a test light to battery voltage. Turn the ignition on check to see which wire has fire then apply voltage to the other using the test light as a noid light. Also the pump can run and have low pressure and it will not start, 15 psi will not start the car.[8D]

 

Well im going to check the coil wire tomorrow. But the car has a fuel pressure gauge on the fuel rail so it is running the right psi. But ill post back tomorrow after i change the plug wires.
