My cam is unusually quiet
Sorry for the slow replies on my part and thanks for everyones input so far, the compression is 11:1. I used cam break in lube on the cam when i installed it and even on the initial start up it had no real lope to it. I can make out the smallest of differences between it and the cc305 that was in it but I really expected a lot more from it. Im kind of at a loss here as to why it didnt turn out how i expected it too, murphys law I guess. Id love to be able to find the technical reason to it and fix what ever it is.
If you didnt do this your valves maybe opening up at the wrong time. Which might cause what you are experiencing.

Thanks for the video, I used the cam and crankshaft gears and lined them up the same way they were on my old cam. I dont see how anything would be wrong there since there is either the right tooth lined up or not and if it wasnt wouldnt the engine have problems running at all being that far off?
