Miss Fire Number 3 Lt1
Ok here is the basic.
Number three keeps throwing code for random miss fire. What i've done so far Replaced 2 opti's replaced Wires taylor 8mm to MSD 8.5mm Plugs look clean and are gapped correctly but haven't been replaced well they have twice in less than 1000miles due to rebuild.
What or where do I go next?

Check the fuel pressure, ranndom misfire is usually caused by a lean fuel mixture; however, it may also be caused by weak ignition components. I see you changed out the opti and wires, but you may want to check the ignition control module, and the ignition coil, and all associated wiring.
A single cylinder does not throw a random misfire code (PO300). A multiple misfire code means that all cylinders are misfiring randomly. If the #3 cylinder is throwing a misfire code (PO303 for cyl 3 misfire), then you need to address that problem first. Pull the #3 plug & see how it is firing (lean-rich-cold-hot-detonating), check compression on # 3, verify the injector is being fired, use noid lights)
