Default LT4 Cam

will this kit fit my 93Z?

If it does, will it work with a 4.5 psi boost supercharger and safely with a 75 wetshot of nitrous?

It will fit, I don't know any specifics about the supercharger or the nitrous.

The biggest thing that you have to worry about when installing new cams with forced induction is the overlap. To much overlap and you going to start blowing alot of that forced air right into the exhaust line. Though i know this to be a turbo charger problem im not sure about a supercharger problem but you should check it out

You have the same problem with any forced induction. A blower grind cam will work out better. Although, with a timed injection system, only air gets blown through, which isa not a bad thing as it helps to cool down and purge the cylinders, but still needs to be done in moderation. Until you get the Kompressor sorted out, I suggest not messing with the nitrous.

The LT4 cam is one step up from stock. If you can degree the cam in just right you shouldn't lose that much air.

The LT4 cam is one step up from sock, but the Hotcam is even more aggressive, compare the stats of the Hotcam from summit to the stock LT4 stats from here http://www.grandsportregistry.com/lt1vslt4.htm
