Default LT1 rebuild and HP estimate

Hello all,
I just had my 97 Camaro SS rebuilt with the following:
It was bored .30 over
ZZ4 cam
Roller rockers
And everything else was replaced of course.
It has the stock ignition, exhaust manifolds (Headers were to expensive to buy and install at the time, would it make a big enough difference to go ahead and do?).
It has the SLP cat back exhaust and ram air.

The shop said it would have 420-430 hp when done. Is the correct? I know the stock SS in 97 had 310.

Would the stock ignition system be good enough for this without holding it back to much?

are the heads stock? with only what you have listed in your post the gain is not that much. can improve the ignition with a multi coil system and minimize the use of the opti.

The GM ZZ4 cam is a High RPM cam. You might see 100hp at 6500 RPMs No way would a stock tune and stock exhaust manifold support much over 6000 RPMs. Your shop should know that. They are either clueless or lying. To get the full value of that Cam you would need header, Tune and atleast light port and polish on the heads and intake. There are a lot of better Cams out there for your LT1
