Default LT1 Mass air flow problems

Greetings, I've got a 94 Z28 M6 that I rebuilt the engine back in March. It's got a Lunati cam and 1:6 rockers, ported and polished heads, headers, blah blah blah..I'm working with Soloman on the computer tune and when I sent him the first data log I was informed that the engine is running lean at WOT and that the MAF numbers are way too low. I've cleaned the crap out of the MAF that is only 3-4 months old and the numbers are still too low. The voltages to the sensor are correct, so I'm wondering if the brand new sensor is bad, or is there any other things that could cause the sensor to put out low numbers? Thanks for any advice!

Also check for air leaks between the MAF and throttle body.
