Default Lacking power at low rpm/Datamaster recording enclosed

I just did a short testrun down the street from my house and can really tell my car is hesitating from lower Rpm range. I recorded it and am posting it. I kept it in first gear and a bit after the hesitation stoped and the car got its power I let off the gas and started at lower Rpm in first to get the readings over and over.
Can anyone look at this short recording and see what's up. I notice my spark advance is jumping around.

If anyone has an idea of whats wrong with my car as of bad/failing parts/sensors, vac leaks, please let me know.
My idle is tuned to 750 in this recording incase anyone was wondering.

It can be downloaded and opened if you have datamaster. save as to the autolog folder or what ever folder you use to view datamaster recordings. I just tried it on my other computer and it worked ok.
