yes it is normal. i did the poly trany mount and thought i broke something. got rid of it and put a stock one on it. could not stand that much vibration.

it makes my car feel a lot slower now... either that or im afraid to push it because of the vibration

could be setting off the knock sensors. may be worth it to try the torque arm relocation with a stock mount. when i switch to my built motor i will be using it. hoping like heck it holds with the stock mount.

I put a urethane trans mount in a 96 Z i once had. Yeah it did vibrate a little more, but that kinda thing doesn't bother me. Runnability of my engine wasn't affected by it, but I guess that doesn't mean it's not possible. If you want to rule out (or in) the knock sensor, unplug it and take the car for a blast around the block.

unplug the knock sensor?
