Default Idle/ hard starting problem

I have a 95 camaro with an lt1. The car has an high idle problem the car does start but cranks for about 30 seconds before starting. After the car fires up it runs fine but once and while the idle stays high like it doesn't want to come back down. Now the weird thing is that it does idle fine sometimes to. Im thinking it may be the IAC. Can the iac cause this problem?

It is throwing a code but it did it on the way to drop it off at the body shop because im having it repainted so ill have to wait to get it back to find out what it is.

The IAC can affect idle, but should not cause hard starting. The hard starting could be caused by loss of fuel pressure when the engine is off. Try priming the fuel system turning the key on & off several times before attempting to start. If the engine starts right up after the key flipping, most likely the FI system can't hold pressure when the engine is off. Possibilities are the fuel pump, bad pressure regulator, leaky injector, or an actual fuel plumbing leak.

Ill look into the fuel system. makes sense about the fuel system i just changed the fuel pump out it has less then a 2000 miles on it. this is a conversion car and i just rebuilt the motor maybe i messed something up somewhere.

So i scanned the data. i came up with .62 volts on the tps and 70 steps at idle on the IAC. isnt the IAC supposed to be at 30 steps at idle?

also i notice my o2 stats are all over the place. each bank usually they jump back and forth neither is even though. I do have one bocsh sensor and one delco though.

dont soak it in cleaner, spray/clean the end that goes on the inside the tb, staying away from the electrical parts of it like the plugin.
