Your rocker arms are rocking intermittently. Are they really doing that, or is that from the magic of video?

How's your oil pressure? I thought I'd ask before saying anything else (cough...spun bearing)...oops, it slipped out!
You have an automatic right? Next thing you could try is to unbolt the t.c. and run the engine which will either eliminate, or implicate the trans.

Oil pressure is good ill Unbolt the torque converter and see what happens

I unbolted the tc and it still spins except now its hitting the flex plate and making horrible sounds

I hate to say this, but it sounds like an internal engine problem from the video.

Double check that there isn't anything that is rubbing against the harmonic balancer first though. I don't think anything would be down there, but it is easy to check and doesn't involve dropping the engine to check.

Hmmmm...with the t.c. unbolted, you should have a little bit of clearance and it shouldn't be up against the flexplate. Is it a tight fit?

Alright well I guess I'm going to pull the pan and take a look any tips on getting the pan off

I can slide the tc back some but something is still touching I think its the little nub in the middle of the tc
