Default HP gain question

So I really don't wanna tear into my motor, but I do want a nice HP gain.

So, what kind of HP gains can I expect from these mods

Pacesetter LT's with catted Y. All emissions equipment in place.
Ported intake and TB from Lloyd Elliot
K&N Filter (or equivalent)
ECM tune from Solomon (CA 91 octane)

Vehicle is a 95 Z/28?

I estimate I'm at 230 rwhp (my Z is an M6). What numbers do you think I'm looking at (wheel HP and crank HP)? Thanks.

255-265rwhp. I would guess.

Maybe a 70hp gain at most?? IDK, that is where my estimation is.... Headers and Y still with a catalytic converter should be a gain of 20hp, port and TB with intake another maybe inflated 15hp, and a tune to get the restriction out of the way will give you the rest of the 40 maybe?? If you are going to get the headers and Y pipe, you might as well have the cat back done to take the restriction from the factory exhaust....

Ok, why don't I gear it this way: What would I have to do to hang with a stock 2002 F body (LS1 with LS6 IM)?

A small cam, headers, cai, trickflow elbow lol, and a tune.

So I gotta go cam... Do I have to pull the motor to get the cam in and out?

high flow cats won't hurt you at all over an ORY. With longtubes and a catback I'd peg the gains at 25-30hp at the crank. The air filter is a 0 gain. What gearing is your M6? Up it to 3.73 to really help out; I wouldn't go any higher than 3.73 on the stock 10 bolt.

You don't have to remove the engine for a cam install, at least for a LS1, I'd assume the same would hold true for the LT1

I wouldn't even go 3.73's. Launching with 3.73's and a M6 tranny equals broken ten bolt rear end for most.

Stick with the boltons. CAI, headers, and catback (which is a major bottleneck) to start. Intake and exhaust should boost your M6 ~40rwhp from stock 240-50.

Porting is very expensive and won't show a noticeable gain until it becomes a bottleneck for thinks like heads, big cams, etc.

Hold out on the tuning until you decide to go with a different cam... unless you'd like to do it twice.

this is the way i understand it, the numbers will vary but usually run at about a 45 hp difference. your gona need to come up with at least 50 hp. i would talk with lloyd before doing just the intake. once you get past the bolt ons the heads are the bottle neck in the lt1 so that is what you need to deal with. you can get to 300 with bolt on's maybe, depends on if you have one of the strong lt1s, stock hp varies by 15 or so with the lt1 and the ls1. a weak ls1 will run about 290hp at the wheels stock.
