just boring out a motor won't do much for you...the heads and cam will still restrict you. and 60 over is quite a bit for an lt1. you might want to do a little more research before you consider doing things like that

Like Whammer said, your heads don't flow enough and your cam isn't big enough to get much of a benefit from just boring it. Do you already have an intake and full header back exhaust? You'll need the supporting mods before you'll get any good numbers from any internal modification.

Multiply your .814 x your new 360 c.i. dimension, and you have approx. 293.14 h.p.
That's a close "estimate" of what you should end up with.

A 0.060 overbore isn't goint ot give you much in the way of extra power, but may result in a cracked cylinder bore. The maximum recommended overbore for an LT1 engine is 0.030. This block uses thin wall casting.
