Throttle body, nil, unless you are pushing over 400HP.
Larger MAF on stock engine, maybe 5HP, more if the engine is making more power than stock. Best to use the money on a REAL cold air intake & cat back system.

Yup Pete nailed it, your just waisting your $$ on un-needed mods. The only reason people do them is because they are easy and kinda cheap, and it allows to add a "mod" to the list. Don't bother, save for some long tubes, LT4 intake and heads, or a cam. Yea it costs more but you will actually make the car faster.

If you get a new MAF of the same size, you're really not going to get anything, but it you get one of a bigger diameter, or you can just get a new MAF housing, you can get around 7RWHP, a vette magazine did a couple of mods to their LT1 vette and got 7RWHP and 9 RWTQ from the new housing, and it's only $50 instead of $100+ for a new MAF.

Technically it's the same thing that you can get on Jegs, but the ones from Jegs may be a larger diameter, which helps more than just removing the honeycombe. As far as the computer, some people's cars begin to run lean, other's are unaffected, it's really kinda up in the air unfortunately.
