Default how much do u think?

Just bought a 383 kit, heads opened up, ported intake, 58 mm TB, cold air, 37# injectors, rr 1.6, 144# springs, push rods, and comps 468-8 cam with 242/248 duration? How much HP would y'all think?

OK after extensive research let me refrase my question... If I don't plan on going forced induction can u even make more power with a 383 stroker than a stock motor? I so what do I need to do. I've already listed the parts that I'm ordering. Any advice would be appreciated.

Simple math for the basics anyway...Let's say you have a 350 that starts out at 300 h.p. That equates to .857 h.p. per cubic inch. Now increase the cubic inches to 383: .857 x 383 = 328.23 h.p. And that's figuring if you kept the stock cam specs and other components the same. So with the additional changes you listed, you're going to be well above that number.

here's what i'd do and i've been over this a few times

compstar rotating assembly(crank, rods, pistons)
lloyd elliott or advanced induction heads/cam combo
whatever else they suggest to maximize my set up

OK well I've already got the 383. Not sure what brand machine shop did it. All forged though. And my head are p&p with a 2.02 seated valve. And my intake is matched. What kinda power can I expect? Will it evenbe more than the stock 350 with the same mods or will it just be stronger?

Yea I got 1 3/4 long tubes. But see that's the kind of power people r making with stock motors. I guess what I'm asking is is there any point of me having this 383 if I'm not going forced induction? If so then what are they? Lol. I'm gonna keep it iether way just wanting to know what it can do better than a stock 350 only n/a...
