Default how to bleed clutch system ? 95 z28

so i just replaced the clutch in my camaro its a 6spd and my buddy jumps in and pushes the clutch pedal in and destroys the shaft on the master cylinder and now i need a new one i did search but cant find answers on how to bleed the system once i install the new master and slave cylinders, i see no bleeders in the system and i need to know if i need to have the slave installed before i press the clutch pedal again because it wasnt when he pushed it and that destroyed the master cylinder i dont know if that was why.

another question, before the clutch pedal was pushed there was no way to get the slave cylinderover the two bolts that it mounts on, there seems no way to push the rod back in so it will fit in place, how is this done?

there is a pin on the back of the slave, where the hose connects to it. push that pin out

when u buy the new slave, theres a strap that holds the pin in place, dont cut that strap, its helps u line up the pin to the clutch fork, bleed the line untill the pressure is on the straps and then bolt it up

hey thanks for the info , but does anyone know the procedure for bleeding ? i cant find a bleeder anywhere in the system. is the only option buying the pre primed assembly from GM? any help greatly appreciated. i dont fully understand the point of pushing that pin out , does that allow the system to bleed or is that just to remove the line from the slave cylinder? i have done a few clutches before but never on a system with no bleeder.

that pin u take out is where u bleed the clutch, take one of those old oil squirter cans and push the dot 3 fluid up the line until ur reservoir is full, then set the pin in the clutch fork

ok "glue maker" thanks for the info. just let me confirm that i understand what your saying , just push the little pin out of the slave cylinder and inject the fluid there until i see it in the resivior ? will the pass straight through the master cylinder with out having to pump the clutch or do i have to push the rod on the slave cylinder ? and when i push that rod do i push it all the way out or just partially ? thanks again
