Have some one scan your car with a code reader. Sounds VSS related to me.

You might want to call your local Chevy dealer to see if GM made it a recall. Generally, a problem will be a recall if there are many complaints about the same thing, or if it's a safety issue. And recall issues are fixed for free. Your t.c. problem probably isn't a recall, but doesn't hurt to ask. And the TSB # on that is 577117. While you have the service dept. on the phone, give them your VIN # and ask them to check if there are any recall items that haven't been fixed on your car.

well got it in and it helped alot but when i was in there......... the front of the valve body there were 2 black looking boxes things kinda looked like the lockup soelenoid i replaced but they wearnt....but the one on the left side was very tight like i couldnt wiggle it at all....... BUT the one on the right side i thought it was going to fall out.....i turned it almost a 90 degree and wiggled it up and down i would say about almost 1" i pulled it out maybe more then 1/4"

is that the way it is suppose to be?
