sure. Most anywhere like U-haul or a trailer place can order you a hitch for it. The car more than has the ***** to pull it. Just have to run the wire harness for the plug. that you can hide under the carpet in the trunk and have them make it long enough you can pull it out to plug in the trailer. good to go.

Hidden Hitch has one, I've been looking into one myself so I can load all my drag gear on a little trailer, rather than dirty my carpet/seats up all the time.

I wouldn't even try it with a vmax, no matter how you place the load on the trailer you're going to have issues driving. I tried to tow my R1 around on a trailer and you can't place the load on the front or you'll bottom out the rear end, and if you put the load on the back end you'll have problems with it pulling the rear end up. A light load works fine, but that much wight just doesn't work very well at all. I blew a set shocks before I just said screw it and stopped towing the dang thing. Took the hitch off and have not looked back at all.

There's a guy on tech that tows and launches his boat with his SS, I'm serious. lol, I find it rather comical.

When I was in Missouri I saw people pulling bayliners with V6's, maybe different pulling that since it's longer.

Not necessarily, it's all about getting the weight right on the trailer. Sounds like with your experience, you had it too far in either direction. We tow the drag bike with a 1991 corolla, a CBX six banger (heavy faced bike). We get the weight just barely forward of the trailer tires, so they carry most of it. But you need some weight on the tongue to keep the car level. With light duty cars it can be a pain in the ***, but doable.

did you ever try loading it in a balanced postion so it doesnt do either? the springs and shock can handle the 500lb load capacity of the interior occupants/cargo, so i would think with a properly loaded trailer it can handle, in theory, up to 3500lbs trailer weight. now if the subframe could handle that much, i doubt it, but i dont see it handling around 1000 lbs without issues

Um....YEAH! When it balanced it rode ok, but liked to get a little wobbly, a lot. I don't know what the deal was but it just never road right no matter what I did.
