Default Hey I need some help figuring something out

Alright basically about 6 months ago my 1995 Z28 camaro blew a headgasket at 73000 miles because it burned through all the water and coolant. It always seemed to run a litttle hot it was always running around 200 to 220 degrees i heard this is because the stock radiator is barely adequate for the car. So 4000 dollars in repairs and a brand new rebuilt engine, its only a few days away from completion. Do you think its about the radiator? and if it is should i get a larger before the car is finished?
Need a reply ASAP

I would most definitely upgrade. Not a fan of the plastic on the stock rad. You already spent some cheddah on repairs, whats a few hundred more.

the cars run at 190 to 210 degrees. water pump probly went. i would make sure theres a new water pump on it and a new opti and at the least flush the crap out of the radiator. if u want it to run cooler get a 160 or 180 thermostat and have the ecu/prom(not sure if u have a prom) reprogramed for it. give pcmforless a call and they can set u up.
