take the cables lose on the battery and wire brush the heck outa the battery terminals and cable ends. then check to make sure the large wire on the alternator is clean and tight, also check it for any damage. you have a power junction on the passenger side fenderwell (little red plastid box with fliptop) check for any damage and clean the wire ends there as well. then check the grounds. you have a ground junction near the power one, clean if needed and check for tightness. there are grounds on the motor by the starter on the side of the block, one on the front passenger side under the belt tensioner, one on the driver side front, this one also has a ground strap that goes to the frame. how old is the opti? are you smelling gas? would be a good idea to have it scanned for trouble codes.

you have a obd1 ecu. 94 was a transition yr so you may have a obd2 plugin. you will need a scanner that will work on a 94 camaro.
