Default help wiring and more

I have a 95 z28 camaro lt1 6speed wich is in need of a new wire harness. We're can I buy one or am I better off making my own ? And how do I pull codes I have a obd2 but it doesn't pull anycodes. And my car doesn't start it just cranks I've done the distributer cap and rotor and ignition coil and it still just cranks coups it be my Opti?

95 is a obd1 system with a obd2 plug. http://shbox.com/1/xraycable.jpg yes it could be the opti. imo cap and rotor change is (sorry) a waist of money on a opti. the optical reader is a common fail point and it is as im sure youve seen in the distributor. the harness going to the opti is a common fail point as well so best to test it with ohm meter. brb
