heater!!!!
i had a paper from the previous owners sayin the heater hoses are cracked bad but when i lookes at them they looked fine and the heater core looked so clean and new, is there anythiung else i can look at to fix that??
also i think we fixed the over heat problem, we drained the radiator completely and i changed the thermostat i think problem is fixed but havent realy got to check for a test drive caus ei ran outta time but be fore i fixed everything i notice a problem... when i had my z parked on a down slope in my drive way i noticed it leakinga tiny amount of collant and then i looked at the lower radior hose( the one coming from the water pump) and it wasnt on all the way. this could have been a reason along with thermostat.
iif it starts getting hot again then is there any kind of censor i can look at? cause when it gets hott itll go past the 260 mark into the abyss. when i turn the car off it dont even feel hot theres no smoke or anything its like normal thats wat made me think of a censor? but im not sure if the prob is fixed but it might be

If the engine gets too hot check that the fans are running, if they are not it could be due to the engine temp sensor, or possibly( maybe)your AC needing to be charged.
You can use a scan tool and verify that when the engine is hot the PCM is calling for fan operation, if it does not check the ETC, and wiring from ETCto PCM. With engine running lift theconnector from the sensor. If the wiring is good there should be 5 volts between the two wires coming from the PCM.

thank you so much pete, i am going to recharg emy ac now it wasnt chargedand i read in the search box about heater isues so i can work with the heater now, when i need more help i will post again!
