Default healthy and beasty

As most already know im rebuilding an lt1 and i would appriciate if everyone would leave a top five list of internals i should try to get as much preformance out of and if you can vouch for the part what brand is the best for each upgrade. now i want this thing to be high torque high hp but i also want it to remain my summer daily driver so healthy is a must I need a good combination of Big and Strong.

not gonna lie thats pretty general. A motor with cast internals could be very healthy and run well. What goals do you have for the car? just something you want to keep a daily driver but hit the gas and put you back in the seat? I'm sure you don't want anything to radical I'd say forged eagle internals decent pistons in a 383 a call to someone like lloyd elliot or advance inductions and you'll have a nice car. You could also save some money go .030 over stock crank stock rods some pistons and a good top end you'll have a healthy strong 355 just have the shop check the crank and rods. Goals and budget is the biggest thing.

i wouldn't go with cast internals. it will limit what you can do in the future when you decide to throw even more power at it.

depending on your goals, internally i'd go with a polished stock crank, scat forged rods, and diamond forged pistons. bore it .030 over to make it a 355. then LE2 heads with a matching cam. should put you in the 400rwhp range

What are you wanting to do? Naturally Aspirated, or Super/turbocharger?

I realy want it to be all motor i like that concept to outrun procharged or turboed cars with just motor power its a bit of an ego thing plus im learnin to rebuild alog the way it has come stock with 3:42 gears and appears to be a lucky catch cause it seems to outrun other camaros the same year make and model not sure why yet but it does have the direct air injection hood
