Default head gasket

my 1994 z28 5.7 l is loosing coolant and I can't find any leaks the oil looks slightly light but no bubbles. Could it be the head gasket and if so instead of replacing it what does anyone think about using one of those fixes you pour into the engine .do they work and what are the long term effects? thanks any info would help.

oil will look like hot chocolate if theres coolant in it. sorta like someone added some milk to the oil. not really a good idea to use gasket saver. can work for the short term but will plug or reduce the effectiveness of the cooling system and heater core.

might also want to try to open the radiator cap ( while its cooled down), start it and see if its bubbling. im actually replaceing a blown head gasket in my truck at the moment.
