Good Deal?
wtsup I just bought a 95' LT1 camaro, z28 from some guy who works for my dad. He gave it to me for $8,000 and it only has 70k miles on it which is not bad for a 95'. It was in mint mint condition, he had dropped it an inch and a quater, cold air intake, tyno tuning laptop included to change gear rations, ect. brand new 19" alloys, 5 spoke, $2500 sound system, its insane, and new performance short shift clutch. He also put all new leather on the interior, its baige it looks nice, and he put a strut bar over the engine. Over all, I had a mechanic check it out and he said it was in perfect condition and told me the engine would last up to 200K miles, which is pretty good. He also told me it was one of the most powerful cars he has ever driven which in fact was true after i got to drive it for the first time. I happend to love this car, and I'm pretty sure that this deal was good. Do you guys think this was a good choice to throw down my 8 G's on?

RE: Good Deal?
i just saw a 2000 camaro SS sell for 9,000 with 50,000 miles, so i dont know i think you paid too high but it will be worth it to you no matter what because camaro's kick *** no matter what. i dont believe it is a 2500 dollar system tho everyone says that. what do you have, ill tell you if its worth $2500, the laptop tuning is usefull too but you can hook that up for like $450 anyway.

um, im pretty sure its a good system, u may be right about it being 2500, but it's most likely close to that because its a crazy system. Plus he changed all the side speakers throughout the car so everything sounds good, in which he probably counted that as part of that 2500. the speakers are 350 watts each. next time i'll check the name of the speakers cus its like 5 degrees out and im to lazy to walk out to my car right now lol, but yea.

I don't think that you should worry so much as to what others think about what you did and just be assured that what you did was what you wanted to do and that is what makes you happy. Considering what you wrote about your new vehicle , I would say that you made the right decision.
Be proud of what you have and know that others out there will envy you for what you have ................. remember that part.
