frnt lower a arms

Angry frnt lower a arms

hows it goin. i have a 94 lt1 and i am tryin to disconect the a arms from the k member. but i can not get the 2 bolts frm both sides to come out. does anyone have any suggestions or secrets. thanks

bigger hammer. lol. spray it down good with penitration oil and turn it as u tap on it. put the nut back on so the bolt is even with the outside of the nut before u hit it.

Those bolts were stuck on my 94 too. It turns out that the bolts rusted to the bushing sleeves and wouldn't move. I had good luck with soaking them overnite and then spinning them with an impact gun ALOT to heat them up and eventually they got loose enough to hammer them out. If that is your problem you will need new bolts when done- I did- they were wasted. I also live where the plow trucks use pure salt in the winter and my car spent alot of winters in the stuff before I got it, thanks guys.

okay thanks guys ive ben tryin all that **** already there siezed. probly goin to use the torches to cut them out. i feel bad for anyone who has to do it with the k member still in the car.

can u get a sawzall in there and cut em on each side of the bushing.
